CFD for cerebral circulation
Starting from medical images (CT, MRI), vascular geometries can be reconstructed and analyzed with respect to morphological features. Blood motion is then studied in order to evaluate blood velocity and pressure, particle trajectories, particle residence time, wall shear stress.
